- No 3D models, textures, or prompts are uploaded or stored by TextureFast
- The Service operates using a credit-based system for texture generation
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
By using the Service, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
4. User Accounts

We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
5. Credit-Based Usage

- Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. We do not store payment card details.
We reserve the right to modify credit requirements, availability, or rules at any time.
6. User Content & Ownership
Your Content
You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to:
- 3D models
- UV maps
- Prompts
- Generated textures
TextureFast does not claim ownership over your creative assets.
License to Operate the Service
You grant TextureFast a limited, non-exclusive, temporary license solely to operate the Service as intended.
This license ends immediately after processing.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate textures.
You acknowledge that:
- Generated results may vary in quality and accuracy
- Outputs are provided "as-is"
- You are responsible for reviewing and validating generated textures before use
TextureFast does not guarantee that generated content is free from errors or suitable for any specific purpose.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the Service
- Circumvent usage limits or credit systems
- Interfere with Service security or infrastructure
- Use the Service to generate content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in:
- The TextureFast platform
- Software
- Branding
- User interface
- Documentation
remain the exclusive property of TextureFast.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of the Service itself.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on third-party providers for:

- Payment processing
- AI inference
TextureFast is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
11. Service Availability
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

TextureFast shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:
- Use or inability to use the Service
- Generated textures not meeting expectations or specific requirements
- Loss of business, revenue, or profits
- Interruption of workflow or production
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Because creative assets are processed locally and not stored by TextureFast, we are not responsible for the loss of user-created content.
In all cases, TextureFast's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to TextureFast in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, if any.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TextureFast from any claims arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Violation of these Terms
- Infringement of third-party rights
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where TextureFast is legally registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
